Privacy Policy
My Content Publisher (“the tool”, “we”) is a private automation tool used by NooriLabs to schedule and publish its own content on its own social media accounts and to answer comments on its own posts. This policy explains what data the tool accesses, why, and how it is protected.
1. Google user data
The tool connects only to the operator’s own Google account. It requests access to:

Google user data is used only to provide these features. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train artificial-intelligence models, and not read by any person other than the operator. It is shared only with the platform that publishes the content at the operator’s request (for example Instagram or YouTube) and with the media host described in section 4.
2. Instagram and Facebook (Meta) data
The tool uses the official Meta APIs, only for the operator’s own Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages, to:
- publish photos, videos and carousels and read the link of the published post;
- on posts where auto-reply is enabled, read new comments to detect a chosen keyword;
- when the keyword is found, post a public reply to the comment and send the commenter one private message containing the requested resource (as allowed by Instagram, within 7 days of the comment).
To do this, the tool processes the commenter’s Instagram-scoped user ID, username, the comment text and its date. To avoid replying twice, it records only the comment ID, the date and the reply status in the operator’s Google Sheet. These records are kept only as long as needed to prevent duplicate replies and in any case no longer than 12 months. We never use this data for advertising, profiling or any other purpose, and we never sell or share it.
3. Telegram
The tool sends notifications to the operator’s own Telegram account (for example “post published” with its public link). No one else receives these messages.
4. Service providers
- Google (Sheets, Drive, YouTube) — storage of the planning sheet and media, video publishing;
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook) — publishing and comment replies;
- Cloudinary — temporary hosting of a media file so that Instagram can fetch it during publication; the file can be deleted after publication;
- Telegram — notifications to the operator;
- Cloudflare — hosting of this website.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Some providers may process data outside your country.
5. Storage and security
The automation runs on infrastructure controlled by the operator. Access tokens are stored encrypted in the automation software and are never published. All connections to the platforms use HTTPS. Access is limited to the operator.
6. Your choices and rights
If you commented on one of our posts and want the records about your comment deleted, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. You can also delete your own comment on Instagram at any time. You may ask us what data we hold about you by sending a direct message to our Instagram account @financiafreedom.online.
7. Children
The tool is not directed to children. We do not knowingly process data of children under the minimum age required by Instagram.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
