1. About the tool
My Content Publisher is a private tool used by NooriLabs to publish its own content on its own social media accounts and to reply to comments on its own posts. It is not offered to the public: there is no sign-up and no third-party account can be connected.
2. Automated replies
When you comment a keyword on one of our posts where auto-reply is enabled, you may receive a public reply and one private message containing the resource you asked for. These messages are provided for information only, free of charge and without any obligation. You can ignore or delete them at any time. The feature may be changed or stopped at any time.
3. Platform rules
The tool uses only official APIs and follows the rules of the platforms it connects to, including the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google APIs Terms of Service. Your use of these platforms remains governed by their own terms.
4. Content and links
The content we publish belongs to NooriLabs or is used with permission. Messages may contain links to resources hosted by third parties; we are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites. Nothing we publish is personalised financial, legal or tax advice.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
The tool and the messages it sends are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NooriLabs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the information or resources provided.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Côte d’Ivoire.
